MTWASHINGTONMOONSET12x18P

I have no idea how many full moonrises and full moonsets I've shot, however, each one is a special moment in time for me. I prefer moonsets because I have the opportunity to frame them in front of Oregon volcanoes as seen here. Hard to describe the process of moving a volcanic foreground to align with the moon, which is traveling at 2,288mph, but it's extremely exciting and there is a lot of running around once you get to your location. All of my moon images are single exposures. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
