MONTANA GLACIER LILIES

I have never been to Montana in the Summer; many times in the Winter to shoot skiing and snoboarding. I packed up my truck in late June of this year (2023) and headed out to for a couple days to see what I could see. I left Saturday morning at 6am, was in Montana mountains by early sunset (I love the lack of speed limits while driving in Montana). I browsed around and enjoyed the beauty in every direction until dark. I slept in the back of my truck bed, with mountains and stars above, woke up at 3:30am, made a short hike to this lake, enjoyed sunrise and shot photos. There were Big Horn Sheep everywhere, barely a lick of wind and thousands of Glacier Lilies...the flowers you see here...not a bad way to start a trip. The next couple days rocked my world and I am headed back in a couple weeks.
